2day in Biology :

As usual it was very borin~~

-         Not bcoz I dun lyk bio [bio is da easiest science subject – does NOT mean it’s EASY!]

-         Not bcoz I h8 da topic … da topic is interesting… it kinda relates 2 wat I am doin in chemistry now…

BA…..

It was da teacher ~~ she is nice & all .. but she gives out 2 much sheets & she toks 2 much ... 2day … it kinda started alrite bcoz I haven’t had to listen 2 one of her tokz eva since end of last term…

It was oK ….. until .. she started goin on abt things I alredi knew from chemistry. I was practically fallin asleep ~~ seriously > ba I will occasionally look up and nod & give a small smile ~ it was soo hard tryin NOT to sleep…

Well until .. kinda @ the end…

I learn how 2 make junket (an olden day dessert _ solidified milk)

1)       U warm the milk until it’s warm.

2)       Put junket tablet in.

3)       Stir the milk until it becomes thick & smooth.

4)    Put flavour in.

☆     There is better instructions on the bottles of the junket tablets..
